CASE STUDY: Securing Uptime & Power Quality to Enable Decarbonization

One of the world's largest savory food manufacturers was experiencing severe harmonic distortion from continuous equipment expansion, resulting in over 80 internal brownouts and actively blocking a major solar decarbonization initiative. Operating as the power quality authority, we audited the 24/7 high-volume facility and engineered a comprehensive Power Quality and Energy Management System (PQEMS). We deployed Active Harmonic Filters (AHFs), upgraded drives and integrated them into our EnergyX® IoT platform to eliminate internal outages, rescuing over $500,000 in lost production and transforming the site's electrical health to safely support a future 3-4 MW solar rollout.
