PRESS RELEASE: AZZO Appoints Nabil Taha as Chief Operating Officer to Support Global Growth
July 06, 2026 - AZZO today announced the appointment of Nabil Taha as Chief Operating Officer. His appointment marks an important step in AZZO’s next phase of growth as the company expands its presence in the United States and accelerates power & energy management solutions for critical infrastructure customers.
Nabil brings a strong engineering background and leadership experience across technology, project delivery, and operation & maintenance services. Based in the United States, he will help strengthen AZZO’s presence in data centers and other key markets while improving alignment across global teams.
As COO, Nabil will lead AZZO’s operational strategy at a pivotal time for the business. The company continues to grow across the United States and Australia, supporting data centers and other critical infrastructure customers who face rising demand for resilient energy systems and secure digital infrastructure.
With his experience in corporate integrations, Nabil will also lead the integration of Qubits Energy, aligning AZZO’s operations, teams, and delivery model as the business scales to meet new market opportunities.

Nabil steps into the COO role as John Azzollini transitions from day-to-day operational leadership after more than two decades of founding AZZO. John’s leadership shaped the company’s technical foundation, culture, and reputation for customer-focused solutions.
John will remain closely connected to AZZO’s long-term strategic direction as a board member, providing continuity as the company enters this next stage of growth.
