MEET THE TEAM: Terry Kefalas

I joined AZZO in 2018 as the Business Administrator in the Tonsley office, back when the company was just 20 people strong. In those early days, I supported all things administration and had the opportunity to be involved in many different aspects of the business. Watching — and contributing to — AZZO’s rapid growth has been incredibly rewarding.

In 2024, I transitioned into the role of Projects Operations Coordinator, where I now focus on supporting the projects team by driving efficiencies and ensuring deliverables are met across projects both large and small. I bring over 15 years of corporate administration experience across a wide range of industries, from telecommunications to food service — and even footwear!

I also hold a qualification in Business Management, which underpins my practical experience. I’m incredibly proud to have played a part in AZZO’s journey and continued success.

Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my wife and our two daughters, getting out and about whenever we can. I’m a passionate football (soccer) fan and still enjoy a kick around — although the legs aren’t quite what they used to be! As a family, we love to travel, explore different cultures and try new cuisines, broadening our perspectives along the way. Growing up with a Greek background has taught me the importance of family, culture and tradition — and that a “small” gathering usually means about 200 people. And yes… we did invent everything!
