MEET THE TEAM: Jordan Hungreder

Hi Everyone,
My name is Jordan Hungreder, and I am an Application Engineer based in the Pine Brook, New Jersey office. In my role, I primarily focus on backend work with Meta, utilizing SCADA systems and we are now transitioning into an exciting new phase by adopting AVEVA and other platforms for our software development.

The U.S. team has played a crucial role in my success, supporting me through various SCADA related projects. With the implementation of AVEVA, I have taken on a more prominent role as one of the primary leads in development work.

As I’ve grown in my position, I’ve faced many challenges that have pushed me to adapt. While I’ve always been part of a collaborative team, much of my success has come from working independently and finding solutions on my own. Whether adjusting my working hours, tackling time sensitive tasks, or navigating complex issues, I’ve learned to push through and get the job done. While I’ve been fortunate to receive guidance and support, I’ve also relied on my own resourcefulness and determination to overcome obstacles.

I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with the Australian team, whose insights have been invaluable. Their guidance has helped shape my growth, and I’m constantly motivated by the exchange of ideas and our shared drive to solve complex problems.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about spending quality time with my family and giving back to the community. I participate in charity events that I hold close to my heart, such as the Run to Remember, which supports Alzheimer’s care, research, and awareness. These events feel like a meaningful way to contribute to such an important issue.

I also enjoy spending time with my dog, whether it’s going for walks or just relaxing at home.

In addition, I love hanging out with my brother Scott, helping him with his motorcycle, and attending different bike shows to find the perfect bike for me. We’re super close, and it’s always fun to explore the world of motorcycles and take the road less travelled.
